    From the beginning, when they came to pick my mother up, they were very patient and kind. We felt they treated my mother with respect as well as us. We needed help with some life insurance and Karen was very knowledgeable and handled the claim for us. Thank you for your patience and kindness.

    My family is leaving after being here for a year and I must say I was very pleased to be here. From the time we were just looking at the apartment and all through our stay, I can say , I am very pleased with my experience. Angel , the manager , was very helpful when we moved in, and the rest of the staff were always friendly and professional. They are quick when responding to work orders, usually the next day. I never saw any roaches the entire year I lived there. The only thing I didn't like was that the gate never worked. From the moment I got there, they said it was being repaires and would be working soon , but soon turned to never. I think thwy5 randomly had them working 2 or 3 days which only caused entry issues because nobody actually EVER used their cards. Other than that, overall, my time here was nice. Keep up the great work guys !
